Cloud stuff that I’m loving…
Since September I’ve changed 4 times notebook… [bad luck]
I had to deal with backups and restore…. and finally I’ve test some apps that made quite easy to set up a new environment to work. Here they are:
- Chrome sync [bookmarks, extensions, themes]
- Dropbox [sync basic folders docs in between diff computers and OS]
- Google sync [mobile sync: mail, calendar, contacts]
- iCloud [mail, calendar, contacts]
- Evernote [notes]
- Steam [games]
- App Store [OS X apps… however you have some trouble with the “country” where you buy the stuff]
- Mendeley [papers]
- cloudApp [screenshot and easy file share app]
- Mac OS X Github [github repositories]
- Kindle reader [read books everywhere]
I’m still missing pictures and music easy backup…
do you use another stuff in the cloud?
